We design and manufacture our puzzles in our workshop in Milford, Nova Scotia.

We ship in North America for a flat rate. Worldwide shipping is available, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Flat Rate Shipping in Canada is $15. Flat Rate Shipping to the USA is $20. Worldwide shipping calculated at checkout.

Many of our puzzles are family friendly with a variety of pieces that all ages will have heaps of fun working on. The higher the number of pieces the more challenging the puzzles will be. We know some smaller kids are ridiculously good at puzzles. Please remember our wooden puzzles may be a choking hazard for children under 5.

Puzzling is more fun when it's a group effort. We encourage you to enjoy assembling our puzzles as a family!

Rest easy, this happens sometimes. In the case you may be missing a puzzle piece. We will do our best to replace it. Please know that as our puzzles are handmade some pieces may vary by a millimeter or so, and as such may not be a perfect match. If the puzzle is out of print, we may be able to make a blank piece to fit it place. Please get in touch: info@3oceanspuzzleco.ca

We use a fiber board that is 100% free of voids, unlike a plywood. Fiber board is often used in cabinet and furniture making. Most notably handling changes in humidity better than a classic plywood.

Strangely shaped puzzle pieces. Before we begin designing a puzzle we mind map all the themed shapes that come to mind when thinking of the puzzle.

You’ll find our logo (always different) in nearly all of our puzzles. If you have a suggestion for a whimsy piece you’d like to see in a future puzzle, drop us a line we’d love to hear from you!

Our engraved collection are monochromatic puzzles that have the image engraved onto the wood. Our most challenging puzzles in our collection. We put a light stain finish on the puzzle prior to it being cut into our signature pieces. A great challenge for those that feel they've tried every puzzle.

The price of the puzzles is based on the time is takes to handmake every aspect of the product.

Absolutely, as long as it has not already been shipped. Please email info@3oceanspuzzleco.ca ASAP. 

We do not offer a gift wrap options, but we are happy to customize a note for the recipient. Please let us know in the notes at checkout what you would like a card to say. 

In the unlikely event that you change your mind and need to return your puzzle you are welcome to within 1 week of receiving it as long as the outer packing (sealing sticker) has not been opened.

Puzzles must be in original condition to receive a refund.

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

We do not keep any credit card information on file, if you would like to add to your order please place another order online and send us an email to combine your orders. If your order is already being processed, you may have to wait and ship back an unopened puzzle.
